The Company is the sole shareholder of other Cyprus Holding Companies, owners of commercial properties primarily in the office sector in the United Kingdom and Switzerland, for long-term rental yields and for capital appreciation. The Group’s revenue consists mainly of rental and other revenue received from rented properties.
